SScOT celebrated its 25th anniversary in 2010, with a new work composed for the summer course by Patrick Doyle, prolific composer of film music including Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, and a 25th anniversary Come and Play Day and Reunion for former participants of SScOT (formerly SISO), parents, teachers and other keen players aged 16 and over.
